PVC membrane for a large concrete dome

I've been sent an e-mail which reads as follows and wondered if anyone in
the list was interested.  Contact Ralph direct if you are:

"Wondering if you may know of some company interested in acquiring a PVC
membrane suitable for constructing a 213' diameter x 72' high concrete dome.
Material thickness: 1.2mm (0.05"), Style 80-28 "Shelter-Rite", Manufactured
by Seaman Corporation Industrial Fabric Division, Wooster, Ohio.

This membrane was originally designed for the construction of a 35,000
square foot church - plans available.
