Global Dwelling Service info, & new Autonomous House graphics

I've made some additions to the website. Specifically, I've added a section
from J. Baldwin's "BuckyWorks" book which discusses the concept of a Global
Dwelling Service as envisioned by Bucky. This will become a prime component
of the Reality Sculptors Project as we move forward.

I've also overhauled the Autonomous House page at:

The page has been broken down into sections, now, and there are also some
new graphics in place. Specifically, I have put together some pictures of
the house which combine the external geodesic shell with the other detailed
modelling I'd done (legs, deck, flooring, etc.) This had to be hacked
together by hand, so it wasn't as quick or easy to do as just working with
Moray, but I think it looks much more realistic than the eggshell dome in
some of the earlier pictures.

It also shows off a bit more of the floor structure, including the cutaway
sections to give a vaulted space, and the railings and spiral staircase
along the inside. 

Still no interior walls, but I kind of like that, and it fits in with our
earlier discussions about having movable walls on demand...
