...also, since i assume that each reality-sculptor here is concerned
about protecting computer-files, etc, i recommend that you visit
the "Searching and Seizing Computers" 85-page document issued by 
the U.S. Department of Justice a few days ago as a guide for investigators
and prosecutors...for instance, they say that i can't expect privacy
when i take/send a computer to a repair/mod center, etc:
