No, that's what happens to fundamental advances in science that aren't yet
practical. Geesh. Most people are too stupid to understand basic college
physics, let alone the theory necessary to create a Einstein-Roesenberg
Bridge!
My statement stands: If it was anything, it wouldn't be marketed this way.
The proof will be in the pudding, and until then there's no point in really
arguing about it.
I understand why you were taken by this hype, but I'm telling you, don't get
your hopes up too much. Even the ideas that have been speculated about are
all pretty mundane and disappointing, or impractical.
